Always needed at application

• Pay stubs
• Last 2 years W2 forms (tax returns if self employed or have rental property)
• Bank statements - all pages, no screen shots (pdfs are ok)
• If buying a second home then proof of your taxes and insurance liabilities are needed for your primary residence
